SP Enterprises

Founded in the spring of 1988 by two brothers Sam and Alan Popowcer, S.P. Enterprises began their business by selling novelties and sunglasses wholesale to C-Stores in the Las Vegas area. After successfully building their stores to about 400 clients, the two brothers began selling to other distributors throughout the country. In 1993 the Espeez Candy line was created and they began developing and manufacturing the Espeez Candy Line exclusively.  SP Enterprises became a leading manufacturer of novelty candies, some of the best selling items included Viper Venom, Viper Vials, Viper Gum and Viper Blast. As SP Enterprises continued to grow, they needed to recruit more help, so they brought their mother and father into the business to oversee the daily operations. The additional help allowed SP Enterprises to focus on its current path of old fashioned nostalgic candies. Using the incredible success of one of their most successful candies, Gold Mine Gum, SP Enterprises changed their entire image from a novelty company to a traditional candy company. New products including Rock Candy Crystal Sticks, Butter Cream Caramels, Old Fashioned Fudge, Money Mints, Peanut and Pecan Log Rolls, Jumbo Pops and the incredibly popular jawbreakers on a stick Paintball Pops propelled the Espeez brand to the next level.
