Answer: Shipping charges vary depending
on your location in the world and the shipping service that you select. Our
primary method of shipping for the Continental United States is Fed Ex Ground.
The charges are determined by calculating the total weight of your package
and its destination.
Question #2: How do I calculate shipping charges before I purchase
my items?
Answer: To calculate shipping costs
for your items, simply place the items that you wish to purchase into the
shopping cart and enter your postal code under the "checkout" button
located on the right of any page within our website. Use your mouse to click
on the "calculate shipping fees" button and the shipping fees and options
will appear. There is no obligation to purchase any of the items when calculating
shipping costs. When adding or subtracting items from your cart, please make
sure you click the "update quantities" button and recalculate shipping
fees by usng the buttons located under "checkout" on the right side
of each page.
Question #3: Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Answer: Yes, The Online Candy Shop
ships to P.O. Boxes. If you are having your orders sent to a P.O. box within
the continental United States (48 States), choose Fed Ex Ground as
your shipping option. Although the Post Office does not accept shipments from
Fed Ex, you will receive a card from fed ex indicating where you can pick
up your package.

Answer: Yes, The Online Candy Shop
ships to International destinations using The United States Post Office Air

Answer: Yes, The Online Candy Shop

transactions safely and securely. The Online Candy Shop

Answer:No! There is no minimum order
required. We believe that everyone has the right to choose exactly how much
candy they want to buy, and we never force you to order a minimum amount.

Answer:Orders being delivered to anywhere
in New York State will be charged sales tax of 8.65%. Orders delivered anywhere
outside of New York State will not be charged sales tax.
Question #8: Does The Online Candy Shop offer a refund policy?
Answer:The Online Candy Shop will
refund the cost of all merchandise that is received in unopened and
undamaged condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee. All claims must be filed
no later than seven days after the product is received by the recipient.
We are unable to refund the cost of shipping. If you are dissatisfied with
your purchase and wish to return any item(s), please
email us first.

Answer:The Online Candy Shop accepts
all major credit cards, in addition to Money Orders, Business Checks, Pay
Pal, and Certified bank checks. We do not accept personal checks at this time.

Answer: From time to time, The Online
Candy Shop provides a free candy sample with each purchase. You may
receive a candy sample that is safely sealed in a plastic bag. At times, we
