Question #1: How much is shipping?

Answer: Shipping charges vary depending on your location in the world and the shipping service that you select. Our primary method of shipping for the Continental United States is UPS Ground. The charges are determined by calculating the total weight of your package and its destination. All UPS rates, are calculated using the beginning postal code (11354) to your end destination zip code. All rates are the actual published rates for UPS.

Question #2: How do I calculate shipping charges before I purchase my items?

Answer: To calculate shipping costs for your items, simply place the items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart (there is no obligation to buy products by checking the rates) and enter your postal code under the "estimate shipping" button located on the right of any page within our website. Use your mouse to click on the "estimate" button and the shipping fees and options will appear. Remember, there is no obligation to purchase any of the items when calculating shipping costs.

Question #3: Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?

Answer: Yes, The Online Candy Shop ships to P.O. Boxes using USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer having your packages sent via Priority Mail to a non-PO box, you can also select this option.

Question #4: Does The Online Candy Shop ship Internationally?

Answer: Yes, The Online Candy Shop ships to International destinations using The United States Post Priority Air Mail International and UPS Worldwide Express.

Question #5: When I place an order with The Online Candy Shop, is my personal information secure?

Answer: Yes, The Online Candy Shop uses a secure 128 Bit Encryption when processing all orders. All credit card processing is done by linkpoint API, using their secure gateway that handles transactions safely and securely. The Online Candy Shop will never distribute your personal information to any third parties. At times, we may send out a direct mail or email to offer special discounts and promotions for our customers. You may sign up to receive these special promotions when ordering. There is no obligation to purchase items to join our mailing list. To join, enter your email address in the Join Mailing List box located on the right side of each page and click on the "Go" button.

Question #6: Does The Online Candy Shop require a minimum order?

Answer: No! There is no minimum order required. We believe that everyone has the right to choose exactly how much candy they want to buy, and we never force you to order a minimum amount.

Question #7: Does The Online Candy Shop charge sales tax?

Answer: Orders being delivered to anywhere in New York State will be charged sales tax of 8.65%. Orders delivered anywhere outside of New York State will not be charged sales tax.

Question #8: Does The Online Candy Shop offer a refund policy?

Answer: The Online Candy Shop will refund the cost of all merchandise that is received in unopened and undamaged condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee. All claims must be filed no later than seven days after the product is received by the recipient. We are unable to refund the cost of shipping. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return any item(s), please email us first.

Question #9: How can I pay for my items?

Answer:The Online Candy Shop accepts all major credit cards, in addition to Money Orders, Business Checks, Pay Pal, and Certified bank checks. We do not accept personal checks at this time. Please refer to our Payment Info Page for more details.

Question #10: What is Pay Pal ?

Answer:PayPal is an electronic payment system that allows you to make purchases safely and easily. Pay Pal can be used to send and receive payments through the Internet. Once you sign up for Pay Pal , you can send money to anyone with an email address using money from your PayPal balance or another funding option of your choice, such as a credit card, debit card, or your bank account. Question #11: Does The Online Candy Shop give out samples?

Answer: From time to time, The Online Candy Shop provides a free candy sample with each purchase. You may receive a candy sample that is safely sealed in a plastic bag. At times, we will also offer special promtions and discounts, which will be enclosed with your order.
