Determining shipping rates for international orders:
In order for you to see the real time shipping rates for your international location, you must first enter all of the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, then enter your full shipping address. There is no obligation to buy, but this is the only way to see the real time rates for international orders, as each country has a different code and rate.

Warm Weather Shipping Policy- Please read carefully!
During the hot summer months, (and year round if you live in a warm climate) The Online Candy Shop strongly recommends that all meltable candy items be shipped via an expedited shipping method. Expedited orders (2 day air or overnight) will be packed with reusable ice packs and insulation at no additional charge. The Online Candy Shop is not responsible for damage of meltable items during shipping, unless an expedited shipping method is chosen. The Online Candy Shop cannot accept returns for chocolate during hot summer months. The Online Candy Shop reserves the right to cancel orders if the correct shipping method is not chosen for meltable items. It will be The Online Candy Shop's discretion to contact customers by email or phone to notify them of such cancellations. To limit the amount of heat damage, The Online Candy Shop will ship all perishable items Monday - Thursday, and all orders placed on Thursday evening through Sunday will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday.

Continental United States Shipping Methods:
The Online Candy Shop is committed to providing excellent service at reasonable prices. We ship UPS and USPS Priority Mail Monday Through Friday, except on Federal holidays. While most in stock items ship within 1 business day, certain items may take 3 - 5 business days to ship after the order has been placed. In the event that an item is on backorder, we will make every attempt possible to notify you within 3 business days that there will be a delay. Once an item is shipped, you will receive a UPS or Priority Mail tracking number that you can use to track your package online. Depending on your location within the country, it may take between 1-6 business days to receive your items once they are shipped. Please refer to our UPS Ground shipping chart to see approximate shipping times.
We also offer additional shipping methods for orders required within a shorter time frame. For Continental United States orders, we offer UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day and UPS 3-Day Select Services. Once an item leaves our facility, it takes 2 or 3 full business days for each respective service mentioned above to reach its destination. Although we are able to send most items sooner, please keep in mind that we still may require up to 5 business days to fill an order before it is shipped.

Remember, this is the time it takes once the item has been shipped, not from the time you place the order.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Shipping Methods:
For customers ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, The United States Postal Service Priority Mail is used. Most items arrive within 5 business days after they leave our facility. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your item has been shipped, and a USPS tracking number.
Shipping Methods for Canada:
For our valued Canadian customers, we offer two shipping methods. The United States Postal Service Priority Air Mail International and DHL Express International through Bongo International. Most items arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS and 1-3 business days via DHL International after they leave our facility. If you use USPS, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your item has been shipped, along with a customs form number which is similar to a tracking number but not as accurate as a tracking number. This number will allow you to see that the package has left the United States, and when it it arrives to Canada, however it will not give the package's exact location. If you use DHL International through Bongo International, you will receieve an actual tracking number which will enable you to view your package's current status and location.
Shipping Methods for all other International Destinations:
For all of our international cutomers (Except Canada), we offer shipping via The United States Postal Service Priority Air Mail International and DHL Express International through Bongo International. Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

- 2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the below image.
- 3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
- 4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
- 5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
- 6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
- 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
- 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
- 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
